Gosh, 86F. in the cabin. I'm cooking a lentil curry after eschewing the local supermarket and using what there is aboard already.
Very much enjoyed BKT rehearsal last night because I've learnt to shift the ligature (clamp to hold the reed on the mouthpiece) and reed to optimize the tone and playability. I found the sweetest tone ever. With tone sorted playability is released into pure expression.
Now I'm looking forward to Sundays lunch time jazz at the Bell and Steelyard pub with extra enthusiasm.
