Jogging House is another modular synthesist, this stuff is not music as
we know it, but sound and the sounds we know as life, almost random
bleeps, bloops, compelling "plucks" and bass riffs, almost-familiar
music but with the modular synthesis constraining randomness to known
scales and timbres in a mechanical/voltage driven form. I listen to this
stuff knowing I cannot afford to buy the instruments, happy actually,
that I cannot because modular synthesizers are considered an addictive
and hugely costly way to create sounds. There is always another module
you need to buy and each one will probably cost a few hundred £.
