Crystal Silence, a most delightfully restrained jazz track with my top
tenor saxophonist Stan Getz killing the tune. This
track slays me with the gentle soothing tones. When I think of "Jazz",
it comes with a bigotted idea of old men blowing drunken trombones, but
this track is not that in any sense, Stan Getz was a tenor saxophonist
with his own voice. Here the delicious Fender Rhodes keyboard sounds so
melodic and simple.
